教学目标: 1、学生能够清楚本节课的学习目标,带着任务投入学习活动。 2、能够读懂英文短剧《The Three Little Pigs》,明白故事发生、发展的顺序。 3、能够理解台词中一些不太常用的句子,如Not by the hair on my chin. 4、根据自己的水平和能力,分角色合作表演故事片断或完整故事。
5、能够以积极的情绪投入英语学习,乐于参与课堂中的学习活动。 6、能够从两个故事之中明白一定的道理。
教学重点:
1、能够读懂英文短剧《The Three Little Pigs》,明白故事发生、发展的顺序。
2、根据自己的水平和能力,分角色合作表演故事片断或完整故事。
3、能够理解台词中一些不太常用的句子,如Not by the hair on my chin.
教学难点:
1、能够从两个故事之中明白一定的道理。
教学过程
一、Pre-reading 1、图片展示
Q:What can you see in the picture? T:A Tiger;a kangaroo........and wolf. Q:Look at the wolf,What kind of this wolf? T:It’s very hungry.. Q:So it want to eat.right?Among all these animals,Who’s afaid of the big bad wolf? 2、学唱歌曲
播放视频,师生一起合唱 Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf? Big bad wolf, big bad wolf. Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf? La la la la la.
二、While-reading 1、引出课题
T:Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf ? S:The pigs. T:Yes,So today we’ll learn a story named the Three little pigs. (板书)
2、Silent reading 要求学生快速浏览课本62-63面内容,并回答相关问题

Who are in the story? What are their names? A:
Hi, my name's Pete. Hi, my name's Pat. Hi, my name's Paul. ②
What are they doing? A:They are building houses. ③
What are houses made of? Pete:Staw house Pat:Stick house Paul:Brick house 3、Let’s chant Straw,straw, straw,I build a house with straw. Stick, stick, stick.I build a house with sticks. Brick, brick, brick.I build a house with bricks. 4、Show the picture of three different houses. Pete:This is my house,It’s very cool.
Pat:This is my house,It’s very lovely. Paul:This is my house,It’s very strong . 老师提问学生:Which house do you like best? Why ? 5、要求学生浏览文本,找出狼与Pete的相关对话。
Wolf:Little wolf,little wolf,let me in. Pete:No way ,no way ,not by the hair on my chin. Wolf:Then I will blow your house down. 老师询问学生 T:What does “blow”mean?Let’s watch a viedo. 观看视频,通过视频了解“blow”的意思,并模仿视频中语气来读。 ①、指名让学生模仿单句的朗读语气。
②、请学生两人一组联系对话。
6、观看视频,在看视频前对学生提问,请学生带着问题仔细观看。
T:What happened then ? 7、学生观看完以后回答问题
A:The house blew down by the wolf. Pete run to Pat’s house. So the wolf went to the stick house. T:So what did they say this time? A: Wolf:Little wolf,little wolf,let me in. Pete&Pat:No way ,no way ,not by the hair on my chin. Wolf:Then I will blow your house down.
8、Read and act. The students read in roles with emotions will get 1 star. The students act out with emotions and actions will get 2 stars. The students add more lines and act out will get 3 stars. 9.带着问题观看视频
T:Did the wolf blow the stick house down? What happened then? A:The wolf blew the stick house down. Pete and Pat ran to Paul's house. So the wolf went to the brick house. 10、T:What did they say? Wolf:Little wolf,little wolf,let me in. Pete&Pat&Paul:No way ,no way ,not by the hair on my chin. Wolf:Then I will blow your house down. 11、请学生带着问题观看视频。
T: Did the wolf success ? A:
The wolf blew and blew.The house would not come down. He blew harder.The house would not come down. 12、What’s the ending of this story? A:The wolf went to the top of the house for getting in the house form the chimney ,and then he got burned. 13、情感教育
①After that, what will Pete and Pat do? Students:They ___________________________________________. ②What do you learn from the story?
A hard,a harvest. 一分耕耘,一分收获。

14、Role play
三、Extension 1、请学生浏览拓展故事的第一部分,并找出关键信息。
①Who are in the stories? A:The three little wolves and a big bad wolf. ②What color are the three little wolves? The first was black,the second was gray,and the third was white. ③What will they do? They will build a house for themselves. 2、请学生浏览拓展故事的第二部分,并回答问题。
①What did their house made of? A:They build a house of bricks. ②What will the big bad pig do?根据前文所学内容,发挥想象力,撰写拓展故事的第三部分。

“Then I will blow your house down.”said the pig ,so he blew and blew,but the house didn’t blow down. 3、给学生讲解拓展故事的第三、四、五部分。
①大坏猪用大铁锤砸坏了房子,如果你是三只小狼,你会怎么做?
给学生展示关键句:We must build a stronger house. ②但是大坏猪一次次破坏,无论多么结实的房子,它用电泵,炸药都破坏了。
4、给学生讲解拓展故事的第六、七部分。
①What will the little wolves do at last?Will they go back to their mom? No,they never give up. ②向学生展示图片,故事的最后三只小狼用什么做了房子?
A:They build a house of flowers. ③向学生讲述故事的结局并请学生发挥想象力,小组讨论
What other materials can they use to build house? 四、After reading ①What do you learn from the two different stories? ②Homework
