1. 教材分析

1.本课设计以WHO AM I?为课堂教学材料，以学生现实生活为出发点和归宿点，以我国《标准》指导教学目标制定，旨在发展学生的语言实际运用能力

2. 新课标中要求学生通过学习本单元了解计算机的发展历程及其在当今社会的广泛应用，鼓励学生用英语表达自己的观点并进行简单的理由阐述和做出决定。

2. 学情分析

1.计算机这一话题虽然有趣，但本单元所选语言材料属于科普类说明文，内容较为抽样，文章中也不乏一些专业术语，对于高一学生来说有一定的难度。

2.目前，学生上课以interpersonal的交流为主，而interpretative和presentational形式比重不够。由于文化教学不够重视，学生的跨文化意识不高。此外，学生跨学科学习的意识不够，语言和信息的双向促进关系的认识不够。对于比较策略主要运用在英汉汉英互译的语言层面，未进入文化比较和思维比较。学生的课外语言活动环境不够丰富和重视程度不够，通常以词汇、语法和写作练习为主，缺乏真实的语言运用。

3. 教学目标(含重、难点)

Develop their reading and organizing skills.

1. Reorganize and share their background information of computers.
