本节课通过思维导图,复习有关家庭人称的单词与交通方式的单词,为后面的任务“询问伙伴的父母职业与上班交通方式”作了铺垫。导入用本单元的歌曲,既对本单元要学的知识作了整体的了解,又激发学习学习的兴趣。通过学生猜老师的父母职业,复习了已学过的职业单词,又学习了本单元的句型。本节课创设了一个情境,老师介绍自己的一个笔友。通过一个小语篇“老师的笔友”,学习新单词:factory worker,postman ,businessman,police officer”.这样把这课的单词与句型结合起来了。而不是孤立地学习单词。同时,学生在练习课文句子时,也是创设的情境:学生扮演张鹏采访Oliver,了解其家庭成员的情况。本节课,通过创设情境对课文的新知识,进行呈现,又通过相关的情境练习了本课的句型,让学生充分练习了本节课的单词与句子。只是单词police officer ,用police office 引入学习更好。
