Unit 5 What does he do? Teaching
Let’s learn content(教学内容)
本单元的话题是职业表达,主要功能是能简单介绍人物职业。主要语言结构为:What does your father / mother do? Where does he / she work? How does he / she go to work?
并围绕主题引出一系列词汇:singer,actor,actress,engineer,policeman,cleaner,Learning accountant等。我们在四年级上册就接触过表职业的单词,如:farmer,doctor,driveraims(学习等,教师要充分利用旧语言为新知识的教学服务
目标)
1,What does he /she do? He /she is a factory work, postman, businessman,police officer 2, Is he/she a... 作答Yes ,he/she is.No,he/she isn’t. 3,Finish “Listen,match and say. 重点:使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达并就此展开相关讨论。本单元共有27个单词,Important 其中有13个四会单词,13个两会单词和一个三会单词(show)。

4.Review the words

用简笔画的形式引起学生的兴趣,使学生放松心情,进入学习状态。

He works with numbers and money. He is an ...
If you like drawing and math, you can be ...(an engineer)
通过对职业的描述,让学生说出该职业的名称。
③What does he do? Zhao Wei(an actress), Zhou Xingchi( an actor), Yang Hongying (a writer ), Xu Beihong(an artist).
出示赵薇,周星驰,杨红缨和徐悲鸿的照片,让学生说出他们的职业。考虑到学生对杨红缨和徐悲鸿的长相不一定熟悉,就借助杨红缨的马小跳书本,和徐悲鸿的骏马图进行提示。

T: Yes, Li Yong is at the party. Who is at the party too?
S: Liu Huan, Yao Ming, Zhao Wei.
通过对人物的描述,猜出是主持人李咏,由此引入其他的明星。并且就这几位明星进行问答。

S: He is a basketball player.
T: Where does he work?
S: He works in America.
T: How does he go to work?
S: He goes to work by plane.

He likes playing basketball very much. He often plays with his friends. He can speak English well. Can you?

9.仿写采访稿
