一、教学目标：

1、学生通过阅读趣味故事，复习巩固本单元的重点句型：How tall are you? 和 How heavy are you? 并能正确回答。在巩固语言的同时，能增加语言输入。

2、能理解故事内容，能按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读故事，基本能表演故事。

3、能正确理解“Football needs teamwork.”的含义，引出Basketball needs teamwork和Study needs teamwork等团队合作精神的教育，并运用到学习和生活中去。

二、教学内容：

1、理解、朗读

和简单表演Part C Story time 2、句型：Football needs teamwork. 三、教学重难点：

1、重点：复习巩固本单元的重点句型：How tall are you? 和 How heavy are you? 并能正确回答。

2、难点：Football needs teamwork.并能正确理解其含义，并运用到学习和生活中去。

四、教学准备：

足球、课件、CD、Room、Zip等小动物的头饰。

五、教学过程：

Step1、Free talk 1、（教师出示一个足球问学生）Teacher ask studends: T: What’s this? Ss: It’s a football. T : Do you like football? Ss: (Yes) T : What are they doing? Ss: They are playing football.

T: Can you play football? Ss: ( No, I can’t) T:

Don’t worry, you can play football in middle school. Football game is very wonderful. Let’s watch video. (教师播放足球比赛视频让学生观看）（5分钟左右）

2、T: The video is very wonderful.Do you like it? Ss: Yes. T: Me too. Especially the goalkeepers.They are great. Do you want to be a goalkeeper? Ss: Yes, I do. T: Ok ! Now ,Please turn to page 11. Let’s learn Story Time.(教师板书课题—Story Time) Step 2、 Presentation 1、Listen to the teacher with the questions: (师朗读故事，学生带着问题听）

T: Who’s there in the story? S1: There is a Zebra\Deer\Giraffe\Dog…（师拿出相应的头饰出来,给答对的学生戴上。）

T: What are they doing? S1: Zoom and Zip want a goalkeeper. S2: Then ,others want to be a goalkeeper. T: Yes ,they all want to be a goalkeeper. 2、Look at the picture1.(Please listen to me carefully,听老师朗读，回答问题) T: Who’s coming? Ss: They are Zebra、Deer、Giraffe and Dog. T: What does deer \Giraffe \Dog say?( students answer)

Ss : Deer says :“I’d like to have a try.”

... 教师使用同样的方法教学整个故事，从本故事中的“Football needs teamwork.”引导“Study needs teamwork.”

Step 3 Consolidation 1.

T: Who become a goaldkeeper at last? Why? Ss: Hippo. Because he is bigger than the goal. 2.

Role play reading picture1 and picture 2. Step 4 Homework 1.Read the story for your parents. 2.Role play reading the story with your friend.
