Unit1 Time第一课时教学设计

I. Teaching content I).Two words: a clock

a watch II).Ask and answer: What is the time? It is ten o’clock.

What’s the time? It’s half past ten.

II. Teaching aims I).Can listen, say, read and write the two words: clock watch II) .Can listen, say, and read the sentences: what is the time? It is ten o’clock. What’s the time? It’s half past ten.

Step 1.Warm-up: 1. Greeting 2. Play a game: count numbers from 1 to 60 one by one Step 2 . Presentation 1. Teach the word: clock (1)游戏导入CAI：

T: Now, boys and girls. Please listen carefully and tell me what

is it? Ss guess: It’s a…. T: Sorry\No \Maybe T: Please look（课件现出实物-闹钟）, it’s a clock(放慢强调读音). What’s it? It’s a clock(学生回答) （2）Write the word on the Bb(四线三格) T(手拿道具):What’s it?

Ss: It’s a big clock.

a clock （一个闹钟）这两个词组读音一样，写法和意义不同

(2)Teach: What is the time? 老师板书What is the time?在情景中帮学生理解其意思

(3)Play a guessing game(看活动场景猜时间CAI) Ss: What is the time? S1: It’s ~o’clock.

（4）Ask and answer: T and Ss \ Pairs work \ Chain action 3. Teaching the word : watch (1) 游戏导入：老师先画一个钟面问学生What’s it?学生在猜时，老师接着在钟面旁各画一个带子，引出单词watch。

（2）再次利用前面的chant,学生在儿歌中学习watch这个单词。

2. Teaching the sentences: What’s the time? It’s half past ten.

(1) T(把表的时间指到十点半) It’s half past ten(10:30)
