1、通过游戏活动，能初步感知、体验单词“at, coffee, tea, juice, rice, fish, big, snack bar, hamburger, a glass of, noodles, dad, sandwich, a cup of”并理解单词的意思。

2、通过在情境中交流，能听说读: “What would you like? I’d like …, please. Anything else?”并会运用所学句型。

3、能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4、能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语学会点餐及征求别人的意见。

教学过程

Step1 Warming up Enjoy a song. “Do you like?”

Step 2 Pre-reading 1. Watch a rhyme.”What would you like?”

2. Free talk. T asks “What can you see in the rhyme?”

Ss answer “I can see ...”

T:Great! Pie and rice are food. Today we’re talking about food. Teach the new word “food”. T:What other food can you name? Ss:... T:Let’s enjoy some nice food.(show pictures on PPT) T:Where can we eat them?

Teach: snack, bar, at the snack bar. (show the title) T: What can the waiters or waitresses say to us at the snack bar? Ss: What would you like? Teach the sentence: What would you like? T: And we should answer ...? S: I’d like ... Teach”I’d like...”

T:Then maybe they ask us a sentence”Anything else?”and we should answer”I’d like...”or “No, thanks.”

Step 3 While-reading T:Now let’s go to story time. Some of our friends are at the snack bar too.Let’s watch the cartoon and circle “Who’s at the snack bar?”

S:Mike, Helen and Dad are at the snack bar. T shows the three people. T: Boys and girls, please open your books at Page 38. Let’s listen and find what food they would like. T:What would Mike like? S:Mike would like a hamburger and a glass of milk.(teach: a glass of milk, a glass of juice) (The same way to talk about Helen and Dad.) Learning tip (countable nouns and uncountable nouns) Memory check T: Let’s review and try to fill in the blanks. Ss review the corresponding pictures and then review the words. Step 4 Post-reading I. Reading time 1.Read and repeat. T:Let’s read the story time sentence by sentence,please try to imitate the pronunciation and tone. Learning tip:

(I'd=I would)也可以把I'd like 省略，直接说出想要的物品名称。
