教学过程:
1.Review 1) Counting numbers 2) Skip counting 2. Lead in: Today is the bear’s birthday. Let’s say: Happy birthday! Look at the bear! “Bear, bear, how are you?”“I’m happy”
3. Sentence: How old are you? I’m……. Presentation: Compare the sentences: How are you? How old are you? Practice: 1) Substitution 2) Guess and say: The teacher writes one letter, and students guess. 3) Guess and click: students ask three times and guess. Production: Team work (Ask the classmates’ ages and write down the results) 4.Sentence: How many……? Ten. Lead in: Ask students what they will think when someone’s birthday. Write down the words and ask students questions. Presentation: Write down the sentences. Practice: Translate the sentences.
Production: 1) Read the story.
2) Funny reading 5. Closure: Review the key sentences, and give students some rewards. 6. Homework: Finish the textbook P8-9
