教材分析:

《精通》英语四年级上册Unit 6 主要学习内容为形容词以及形容词的用法。Lesson 36 是本单元的最后一课时,也是本册书的最后一课。本课通过对Fun story 的学习将本单元的知识进行梳理和复习,使学生能够在真实的语言环境中交流运用所学内容。

学情分析:

我校从一年级就开设英语课,四年级学生已经具备一定的英语基础和听说读写技能。本班学生活泼好动、好奇心强,喜欢各种游戏和表演活动。本单元的形容词在一二三年级均接触过,所以这些词汇对于学生来说并不陌生。但是如何恰当地用这些形容词去表达和描述身边的人和物,对他们来说是个挑战,这也是本单元的重难点之一。

1. Greet the students: Hello, boys and girls! Nice to see you again! There are many teachers here. Turn back and say “Hello, teachers!”

A guessing game:

Look at the screen. Our old friend is coming. Who is this? Can you make a guess? Hints:It’s thin and short. It has big ears and a long nose. It has a long tail.

Is it an elephant? Why? Who is it? (What happened?) Let’s watch a video and find the answer.

Who’s this? This is Micky. Who’s that? That’s Mimi. But they look different. Micky has big ears. Mimi has long ears. Why? Because they are acting. (板书句子) Micky is acting an elephant. Mimi is acting a rabbit. 3. Watch the video again. We have four animal friends here. What do they look like now? Let’s watch the video again and tell me the answers.

4. 白板:Look and match. Match the phrases to the right characters. 5. Repeat the story. Open your English book, listen and repeat.
