一、教学内容

PEP小学英语第11册Unit2 Where Is the Science Museum? B Let’s learn。

二、教学目标

1、能够听、说、认读四个方位词：south, east, west, north。

2、能够听、说、读、写短语：turn left，turn right，go straight.

3、能够听、说、认读句型：“How can I get to the museum? Go straight for five minutes. Then turn left。”并能进行关键词的替换操练。

三、教学重难点：

重点是掌握四会短语：turn left, turn right, go straight

教学难点：难点是的straight发音和拼写。

四、教学准备

1.教师准备word cards、a map of China.

2.教师准备一面小旗。

3.教师和学生准备B Let’s learn部分的单词卡片。

五、教学过程

Step1. warm-up

1. Let’s enjoy a song. Where are you going?

2.Let’schantP31.(T用4个词卡post office, hospital, cinema, bookstore提示)

Step2. Revision

1、“滚雪球”游戏

教师将有关公共场所的单词卡片贴在黑板上，第一名学生说一句话，如：I can see a hospital．第二名学生在后面加上一词，如：“I can see a hospital and a cinema．，，每名学生都要比前面学生说的多加一个地点名词，这样依次进行.

2、教师检查A部分要求四会掌握的单词的拼写。

Step3. Presentation

1、教师伸出两只手介绍说：“This is my left hand and this is my right hand．”请两名学生分别站在自己两侧介绍说：“A is on the left．B is on the right．”然后提问一学生：“Where is A/B?”引导学生回答：“…is on the left/right．

2、教师给自己发指令并做动作：Turn left．Turn right．Go straight ahead．

3、出示中国地图：指着东、南、西、北的城市说：Zhejiang is in the east of China. Xinjiang is in the west of China.边说边板书west和east.同法教学north和south。

SS听指令，快速指方向。

4、“听一听、排一排”活动。每名学生拿出表示场所的五个单词（A部分Let’s learn中的五个四会单词），学生听教师发出指令排出正确的位置，T在投影上排出正确的位置，（暂时不让学生看见，等学生排完后对答案）。

5、T出示词卡，说“I want to get to the museum. Where is the museum? How can I get to the museum?”教师板书此句。并让学生带着这个问题听录音，回答问题。

6.、Work in pairs. Check spelling of the new words.

Step4. Consolidation and extension

1、Let’s play.TBp31(男女各一代表蒙上眼睛把小旗插到相应的位置。其他学生可用left, right，go straight提醒)。

2、T先做示范，然后学生编写歌谣如：Left hand, left hand, show me your left hand. Right foot, right foot, stamp your right foot.

3、Homework:

Copy the four skill’s phrases four five times.
