Story time 二、教学目标：

1.能听懂、会说以下交际用语，并能运用所学交际用语询问年龄。How old are you? I’m… Here you are要求读音正确，语调自然。特别要注意课文中出现的数字单词的正确读音。

2.能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。

3.培养学生运用所学英语进行交际的意识和勇气。

三、教学重点：

能听懂会说以下日常交际用语，并能运用所学交际用语询问年龄：How old are you? I’m… Here you are。能听懂会读lovely, two, ten, eight, nine等。

四、教学难点：

能在情境中初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常用语。

卡片，CD，及PPT 六、教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up 1.

Free talk Good morning. Is this your …? Where is your…?

Would you like…? 2. Enjoy a chant Step 2 Presentation 1.

Watch and choose: What’s the chant about? A: about age

B: about food

C: about things for school Ask: How to ask age? Teach: How old…? 引申：How old are you? How old is he/she/it? How old are they? 同时点题

Look and guess: show two pictures to the students, and ask: How old is the boy? How old is the rabbit? 学生通过数蜡烛可知年龄。

Look and count the candles.

Teach: one---ten

finish the ticking time of No.1 4.

出示文中4人，Let’s count, OK? Where are they? Let’s look at the picture and answer.
