Unit 1 How tall are you? C 、Story time教学设计

一、教学目标：

1、能听懂简单的配图小故事，能在教师的帮助下讲述小故事。

2、培养学生运用英语的交际、交流能力。

3、培养学生对生活的热爱，积极的生活态度。

二、教学重、难点：

1、重点词汇

:goalkeeper,catch the ball, neck, tallest, teamwork and gate等。

2、重点句型: 基础句型How tall are you? How heavy are you? He’s ___ taller than ____.等等。

3、难点句型：Football is teamwork. He’s almost bigger than the gate.读懂故事，逐步理解，能表演故事。

四、教学过程

Step One：

Warming- up

1、Greetings and free talk.(略) 2、Chant（教材44页）

Step Two、Presentation 1、重点词汇处理sing, dance, swim, run （1）借助图片并运用肢体语言，引导学生说出：I can sing/dance/swim/run ... 句型。

（2）I’m hungry. I can eat some...（让学生进行自由想象，提供给学生更多的机会操练。）

2、文本处理

A、Pre-reading task （1）Free talk 师生交流，引出故事的中心人物之一：Frog。

T：Do you have friends? Ss: Yes, we have. T: really? Miss Lv has a friend, too. Who is he? Do you want to know? Ss: Yes! T: He has four legs and two big eyes. He is green. Who is he? Can you guess?

Ss：He is a frog. T: Aha, bingo! （2）Make friends with animals. T: Animals are our friends. We love animals. Let’s make friends with animals. （3）Introduce the story. T: Now, Let’s see who comes here.(呈现Snake的图片)Suddenly, a snake comes, then run away. But the snake caught the frog. Well, this is today’s story. (渗透情感教育) B、While-reading task （1）、Listen to the story, then answer the question. Q1、Who are in the story?Q2、Can frog swim?Q3、Did snake eat the frog at last? (2）Read the story carefully. 将故事分成6段，播放视频，分别演示并处理语言点。

C、 Post-reading task (1) Word exercises. Ex.1、找出气球中的错误单词：

sing swim eat dance (2)Retell the story. 将学生分成六组，每组有一套顺序被打乱的故事

Frog and Snake图片。让学生再听一遍录音，根据所听到的对话给图片标上正确顺序，组成完整的故事情节并复述。然后，要求学生反复模仿录音朗读故事，强调组内互动，让每一位学生都能掌握故事梗概。

(3）Act the story out 组内表演或班级表演。
