【教学目标】

1、知识目标：

（1）运用本单元的一般过去式句型完成讨论并预测故事的进一步发展，在阅读中进一步学习吴一凡的日记，完成相应的排序、回答问题等任务，并听、说、读、写目标词汇。

( 2 ) 学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下，理解图片及对话，并运用一般过去式及储备词汇输出有效信息，并养成按照意群朗读和阅读的习惯。

2、技能目标：

（1）学生能根据所学词汇和句型，讲述吴一凡的一天，讨论自己又糟糕又快乐的一天。

（2）能够在语境中理解生词bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及laughed。

3、情感目标：

激发学生的自强意识及乐观的人生态度，凡事都有好坏两面，在我们的努力下坏事也能转化为好事。

【教学重点】

1、句型：It was a bad day but also a good day. 2、词汇：bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及laughed 【教学难点】

1、学生能够在语境中理解生词bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked以及laughed，并能了解它们在比较级中的变化规律。

2、在具体的语境中，理解并使用下列句型：It was a bad day but also a good day. 【教学准备】

1、教师准备与本课时相关音视频、单词卡片，教学挂图及课件。

Let’s chant Where did you go on your holiday? （设计意图：通过歌曲练习，来复习一单元的主要内容，并激活旧知，快速投入到英语学习中来。)

T: Do you like animals? Let’s enjoy some pictures.

What’s this? Do you like it?

( dog, cat, rabbit, pig, mouse, duck, turtle, silkworm)

Free talk T: Animals are our friends. What’s your favourite animals?

Ss: Cats. /Dogs. (设计意图：从动物的话题缩小到dog的主题，让学生在感知对动物的喜爱的同时，为学生感受吴一凡和Max在一起的愉悦做好铺垫。)

Step3 Presentation 1)

Discuss with your partner. T: Wu Yifan had a dog. Its name was Max. Here are two questions for you.

Q1: How did Wu Yifan meet Max?

Q2: What will happen next?

Tips: 1. Look at the pictures carefully.

2. Discuss with your partner.

3. You can use these words: couldn't, find, saw, lost, took....

Ss: Wu Yifan couldn't find his cap. Then he saw a dog.

T: What will happen next? Let’s look at the pictures and guess. Ss: Wu Yifan took Max to his parents. They will be a family.

T: Yes. Look at their faces. Everyone is .... Ss: Everyone is happy. (设计意图：从吴一凡和Max相遇到一起生活，让学生感知情感的升华，以及在情景中运用目标句型。)

Enjoy Wu yifan’s dairy. Wu Yifan: I was so happy with Max. Friday, April 23rd Today was a sunny day. In the morning, we rode a bike for three people.Max sat in a basket on the front of the bike. That was fun. We took pictures of the beautiful countryside. We bought some gifts and ate some delicious food. In the afternoon, Mum ate some bad fruit and didn't feel well. So we stayed in the hotel. Dad and I wanted to make her happy. We dressed up and made a funny play. Robin played the part of a dog.He was so cute.Max liked him so much. He jumped on him and licked him. Of course, Robin didn't like it.We laughed and laughed. It was a bad day but also a good day! T: bought gifts, ate delicious food, basket, took pictures, part, licked, laughed (设计意图：在欣赏日记的过程中帮助学生理解本节课的重点词汇，并感知不愉快以及快乐的情感转化。)

Today was a bad but good day for me. First, it was a bad day. I lost my horse. And I hurt my leg.

But what did I do then? I whistled and whistled(吹口哨). I put hay (干草) in front of my house. My horse came back. It brought (带来了) another (另一只) horse, too. So it was also a good day. As the saying goes, "Bad luck often brings good luck."
