一、学情分析

1.通过四年多牛津英语的学习，学生积累了大量的词汇，再加上我们学校外教授课等活动，创设了良好的英语氛围; 通过小恐龙、绘本阅读等媒体资源的趣味阅读，学生从中学会了很多课外知识，具有一定的英语表达能力和阅读能力，同时他们对英语学习有着强烈的学习兴趣和好奇心。

2. 相关旧知分析：一到四年级以Seeing the doctor为主题的内容没有具体涉及过，相关的知识零星出现在

4A M2U2：doctor, nurse. 5AM3U1：hospital, M2U2 I think he should be a vet . 4A M1U3：How do you feel?等内容中。

三、学习目标与分析

模块教学目标

本模块分为三个主题Around the city, Buying new clothes, Seeing the doctor三个话题展开。涉及城市生活，能询问他人前往某处，掌握问路的方式方法，能用一些方位词与参照物帮助他人并为之准确指路；涉及购物，能根据自己的喜好在商店中购买服装，巩固礼貌用语、合理询问价格、表达喜欢的物品以及简单理由陈述；涉及看病，能初步了解一个人生病就医的过程，学会正确表达病情，学会一些保护自己身体健康的生活常识和注意事项等。其中，有些城市地名、在某个地方的活动、物品价格的询问等内容在一至四年级相对应的模块中略有提及，学生已经有所接触与了解。本模块中，涉及到了一些居家周围的常见场所、服装的局部备件以及常见的疾病名称；句型与时态包括一般现在时态（含各类句式）、祈使句、can句型和should引导的情态动词句型等，重点关注How, Which, Why和What引导的特殊问句以及回答。

总之，通过本模块的学习，要求学生能用英语合理描述身边的生活环境、场所及事物的变化；能在常见的生活情境中用英语进行合理交流，寻求问路，学会询问价钱与合理购物，尝试求医，建构合理的卫生常识与经验等。
