Step 1 Warm-up

Step 2 Pre-reading 1.

Let’s count .

T: Wow, look, there are so many animals here. Can you count them?

Let’s have a try. Ss: one, two, three……

Watch a cartoon about number. T: Let’s watch a cartoon about number. You can say it together. (Present the new words: ten one three four five six seven) 3. Let’s shout. Review the new words by playing this game

4. Let’s talk . Show a picture of my student on the PPT and let the Ss listen “what did she say”

in order to lead-in the topic “

How old are you? ” and the toy museum. T: Look, the girl is one of my students. Let’s listen what she says. She is Linda. She is ten. She says how old are you？（出示句子How old are you?板书并跟读以及回答I’m……）
