1. Teaching Aims：

5. Teaching Procedures：

Step 1: Warming-up (情境导入) 先行组织者：Firstly, different pictures of amber and Amber Room are to be shown to the students. Next a piece of news will be given to the students. It is as follows:

It is reported in the Daily Mirror (<每日镜报>), that since 60 years ago the Amber Room got lost, no one have seen it again. But some researchers recently found a huge hole in Germany, which is 20 meters long. And they detected (检测) about 2 tons of gold in the hole so that they thought the Amber Room might be buried there.
