教学目标：

知识与技能目标：

1、学生能够听懂、会说、认读并书写词汇：often。

2、学生能够认读、理解并运用下列表达法：

How often do you eat____? ____ times a _____.

3、学生能简单谈论健康以及如何保持身体健康。

学习策略目标：

通过分组，pair work,小小健康顾问等方式，渗透合作学习策略，培养学生的团结、合作以及用英语相互交流的能力。

情感态度目标：

通过小学习活动中的收获与成绩，让学生逐渐形成与其他同学积极配合和合作的学习习惯；通过对部分蔬菜和水果的了解，让学生意识到生活中多吃蔬菜和水果对身体的益处，并加深将英语学习渗透日常生活的实践意识。

教学过程：

一、Warm-up:

1、Good morning everyone! So happy to see you again!(打招呼后将班级分成4个小组.) 2、Look here. What’s this? [It’s a postcard] Yes, it’s a postcard about a film .And today’s winner will get the postcards! Do you want it? Here, I have a part of the film for you.(视频介绍大白出场) What’s his name? [Bay Max]

Who is he? [Healthy Guard](自然的引出有关健康的话题) Everyone wants to be healthy and strong. How to be healthy and strong? Let’s talk about it. (在这里分为两种情况处理①学生说出了Eat more vegetables and fruit,老师顺其自然的把标题出示出来；②学生并没有说出主题，那么需要老师引导一下There also is a way to keep healthy.然后在出示标题) 二、Lead-in: Look this is XiaoHong. He never brushes his teeth and has breakfast. And he doesn’t eat more vegetables and fruit. So he is sick now. there are something wrong with his eyes heart and stomach. Today , we will help the Bay Max to find the medicine for treat his patient.(用帮助大白这个主题来调动起来学生的积极性和学习热情) 大白健康顾问的身份开启有关健康的讨论，引出今天的主题《Eat more vegetables and fruit》。谈论大白到来的原因，表达需要学生的帮忙一起帮助得病的小宏。

三、New Concepts: 1、Listen and Answer ①听录音回答问题：What’s Danny’s favourite food?(分为两种情况如果答出答案的组直接加分，如果没有答出，可做些提示) ②默读课文回答问题：

I have another question about him. Please open your book and read the text silently, then answer. How often does Danny eat donuts? Twice a day. Talk about the question “How often……?”.

③Pay attention here , a day. We also can answer the questions use other words.(先让学生说，老师可适当举例)

(例举除”a day”以外还可以用来回答频率问句的表示时间的单词，与数学结合让学生在回答时可转换时间单词)。

Ok, this time, let’s count Danny eats donuts twice a day. Let’s count . How often does Danny eat donuts a week? Yes, we also can answer the question 14 times a week. How often does Danny eat donuts a month? How often does Danny eat donuts a year? (在这里除了练习了不同时间的单词来回答频率，也和数学融合在一起加上了算数的部分) ④You did a good job! We find medicine 1 successfully! What’s the carrots’ effect here? “Carrots are rich in vtamin A . It’s good for your eyes .” So XiaoHong’s eyes are better now!

(完成part1，学生得到Medicine-Carrot，并简单介绍Carrot的功效。)

2、Read and Show

①This part please listen and repeat. ②I love your reading! After read the text let’s have a show .Show the text in pairs. Before you read it look here.(小组合作选择自己喜欢的方式读课文，根据读的表现不同，加上相应的分数，让学生之间互相评价，并提出朗读中的问题。) ③Just now you are Danny. Can you answer me” What does Danny need to eat more?”(提问刚才朗读扮演Danny的同学：What does Danny need to eat more?)Yes I think you are right, because “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”(引出谚语“一日一苹果，医生远离我”) Well done students! We get medicine-2 now. What’s the apple’s effect here?Apple is not fat nor sodium. It’s good for your heart.

And I ‘ll give all of you a postcard. You did very well today. 五、Homework: 1、Write an E-mail to the teacher, write down what can make them healthy. 2、Make a healthy diet to yourself and your family.

教学反思：

本节课我通过情景教学法、小组活动学习法来完成本课时的目标。设立了帮助大白找药的情景，新授练习和拓展环节都紧紧围绕着这个情景进行。在新授与练习的环节，也是都设计了小组学习的活动，

学生在团结合作中完成任务。教法学法的设计围绕着确立的目标，最终要在教学程序中体现，这节课在教学程序的安排上是合理有效的。 课程设计做到了照顾全体学生：1、在新授部分，入门的难度其实是比较低的，但是难度是逐步上升的，最后到达的难度并不是很低的，这其中的跨步并不小。但是从零进去必须有一个循序渐进的过程。2、在练习方面让学生选择适合自己的方式去做，作业也设计了选做部分，都是考虑到全体学生的个别差异。

虽然课堂是按照原来的设计讲了下来，但还存在着遗憾：

时间有些紧张的,再练习环节孩子们没有展示充分，展示环节应多叫几

组表现。

改进：

1、更加了解学生，可选用因人而异的教学环节，合理分配时间

2、整个规划和设计解忌用力太平均，没有突出。
