What’s he doing?这节课是外研社新标准英语一年级起点第四册第四模块的内容,本节课是一节会话课,在一年的英语学习基础之上,以及前三个模块对于现在进行时态的学习和感知之后,这一节课主要是让孩子理解、感知、并学会运用What’s he doing? He’s…/ What’s she doing? She’s…/ What are they doing? They are…句型描述其它人的活动。
学情分析:
我所授课的班级学生的特点在于性格比较活泼,思维活跃,英语基础较扎实,喜欢歌曲,游戏等有趣的课堂形式,愿意参与到课堂的表演等多类形式。同时,前期的学习已经掌握了be doing的进行时结构,能够表达“What are you doing?”和“I am doing...”等类与生活相关的活动,可以进行基本的对话。

教学目标:

. 语法:全体学生能运用What’s he doing ? . 词汇:全体学生能理解: five- stones, behind , hide- –and-seek. . 语音:能够正确掌握“What’s he doing? He’s…/ What’s she doing? She’s…/ What are they doing? They are…”的语音语调。

教学重点:
通过文本理解词汇five- stones, behind , hide-and- –seek.通过教学活动理解并掌握What’s he doing there? –
He’s playing hide-and-seek.的读音以及语调。
教学难点:
通过对文本的学习,学生能够正确掌握句型“Where are Lingling and Amy? 和What’s he doing there? 并且能够在真实的语境中正确的运用以上两个句型进行自由的对话。这是本节课的难点。

Step 1 Warming up 热身

师:Yes, today is sunny. I like the sunshine very much. I have a big surprise to you. Do you want to know? 生:Yes, we do. 师:Ms Smart and the kids are going to the park. Can you guess what are they doing? (和同桌讨论,她们在公园做什么?) 生:E.g.: A:What are they doing?

( 学生根据原有知识进行猜测,此环节帮助学生操练旧知。) Step 3 Presentation Text-learning 课文学习
师:Let’s watch the video, then try to answer the questions. 1:What are ( Lingling and Amy) they doing? 2:Where is Sam? 3:What’s he (Sam) doing? (出示视频,让学生带着问题观看视频,实施任务型教学模式。)
师:Listen and choose.(听录音,回答问题。)What are they doing? 生:They are playing five-stones. 师:出示石头图片教授新词。结合句型教授What are they doing? They are playing five-stones.
生:跟读,操练。
师:Do you know how to play it? Let me show you, Ok? (拿出教具,五颗石头为学生展示怎样玩五石游戏。) 生:Ok. 师:So , the question two. Who can tell me the answer?
Where is Sam? 生:He is behind the tree. 师:Teach the new words: behind. (用一个盒子和一个乒乓球作为教学用具,要求学生当我将乒乓球放在盒子后面的时候大声读出behind一词。) 师:The last one , question three. Who can tell me the answer?
What’s he doing? 生:He ’s playing hide-and-seek. 师:Sam wants to play hide-and-seek with us. Choose a number, let’s find him out. 生:Ok.(操练 hide-and-seek一词。 ) Step 4 Practice .Watch the video and try to follow. (放第二遍听力处理文本中这节课的重点词组和句型。) . Try to imitate. (通过男女生PK的方式纠察学生语音语调。) . Role play .(旨在为学生创建一个真实的语言环境并将所学知识运用在实际生活中。) .Look and say.( 拓展练习,操练本节课重点句型和单词。) Step 5 Extension .There are some other games we can play after class. (知识拓展,和同学们一起回顾更多的课间游戏。) . Step 6 Homework 作业
1.完成活动手册练习。
2.和小组成员根据文本表演对话。
