2 教学目标

1．能够听、说、读、写单词和词组：dining hall, grass, gym,...years ago,months ago,last year,last month. 2．能够听、说、认读句子：There was no gym in my school ten years ago. Now there's a new one in our school.并能在实际情境中正确运用。

教学重难点

1．重点：学习单词或词组：dining hall, grass, gym, ago 学习句子：There was no gym in my school ten years ago. Now there's a new one in our school.

2．难点：能正确使用一般过去时和一般现在时。

教具准备

1．单词卡片。

2．PPT课件。

教学过程

一、热身（Warm-up）

通过此活动，既可以活跃课堂气氛，又能起到复习的作用。

二、复习（Revision) 1．出示课件，What is in the picture?

There is/are ...... in the picture.

三、新课呈现（Presentation）

1．教学单词和词组dining hall, grass, gym, ago (1)教学词组dining hall 教师出示饭厅的图片问：What’s this? 同时自答：It’s dining hall.教师提问：教师用升、降调带读单词dining hall，引导学生拼读记忆单词dining hall。并运用句型There is a dining hall in the picture/in my school.

(2)教学单词gym

教师拿着体育馆的图片，不让学生看见。介绍说：You often play basketball in it. Sometimes you have a P.E class in it. Guess! What is it? 学生猜过后，教师把图片展示给学生看：Look. It’s a gym.随后教师板书：gym，并带读gym，引导学生拼读记忆gym。

(3)教学单词grass

教师出示草坪的图片问：What’s this? 同时自答：It’s grass.并板书：grass。教师提问：教师用升、降调带读单词grass，引导学生拼读记忆单词grass。并运用句型There is a grass

in the picture/in my school.

(4)教学单词ago和词组...years ago, ...months ago

教师介绍：I played basketball in the gym three days ago. I went to Hangzhou two months ago. I visited the Great Wall three years ago. 教师板书：…days ago, …years ago, …months ago,让学生说说ago的意思。在理解的基础上，让全班拼读记忆单词ago。最后教师让学生用ago来造句。

2．教学句子There was no gym in my school ten years ago. Now there’s a new one in our school.

教师出示两张新旧学校的图片介绍并板书：There was no gym in my school ten years ago. Now there’s a new one in our school.然后让学生模仿这两个句子比较学校的今昔。如：

There were no computers in our school ten years ago. Now there are many computers in our school.

There were sixteen classes in our school ten years ago. Now there are thirty classes in our school.

3．教学A．Let’s learn

(1)教师播放Let’s learn部分的课文录音，学生边听边跟读。

(2)学生两人一组表演对话。

(3)请几组学生到台前表演。

四、巩固与拓展（Consolidation and extension）

1．教学Find the mistakes

活动方式：先让学生独立阅读这段话，然后圈出图画中与描述不符之处，最后全班讲评

订正。
