知识目标：能读懂短文的内容，理解邀请函的含义，掌握邀请函的基本框架结构。

能力目标：能独立思考，并以小组为单位展开探究，完成相关学习任务。

情感目标：在理解farewell party 的基础上体会同学之间的真挚友谊。

教学重难点

重点：掌握邀请函的基本框架结构，理解invitation的用途。

难点：理解farewell, good students, prize和activities的含义。

教学过程：
