一.教学内容分析
本部分呈现的是在公共场所经常会遇到一些不遵守公共规则的人,通过同学们劝阻这些不良行为的场景,引出要学习的目标语言,让学生感知、模仿、学习和体验,最终引导学生能够运用目标语言:You must … You mustn’t等。
二、学情分析:
五年年级的孩子喜欢模仿、表演以及展示自己,希望得到老师和同学的认可,他们善于观察、分析,合作,并且具备一定的思考能力和创造能力,通过本单元前4课的学习,学生已具备一定遵守规则的意识、分辨是非、善恶美丑的能力以及表述规则的能力。
三、教学目标
1. 语言知识目标:
(1)通过本课学习,正确听,说,认读词组:wait for the green light ,cross the street, spit on the ground, litter, keep off the grass, pick the flowers, take good care of young children 等。
(2)通过本课学习,能够理解并熟读课文。
2.语言技能目标:
(1)
通过本课学习,能够运用must 和mustn’t对公共场所的不文明行为进行警告和禁止,提高综合语言的运用能力。
(2)
能够通过制定各种公共场所规则、依据规则制作宣传标语及警示牌等课堂活动,发展手脑配合的动手能力。
3.
情感态度目标
(1)
鼓励并帮助学生积极参与到英语活动中来,提高他们学习英语的热情。
(2)
能够通过对他人的某些行为进行的评价,正确地对客观世界进行认识,提高
分辨是非、善恶美丑的能力,努力做一名有良好社会公德的小公民。

学习策略:

通过学习本课,能够在课堂注意听讲,积极思考。积极与他人合作,共同完成各项学习任务。
四.教学重难点:
教学重点:
(1)
通过借助图片等在相关真实语境中,正确听、说、认读:wait for the green light ,cross the street, spit on the ground, litter, keep off the grass, pick the flowers, take good care of young children 等。
(2)
通过本课学习,能够理解并熟读课文。
教学难点:
(1)
通过本课学习,能够运用must 和mustn’t对公共场所的不文明行为进行警告和禁止,提高综合语言的运用能力。
(2)
能够通过制定各种公共场所规则、依据规则制作宣传标语及警示牌等课堂活动,发展手脑配合的动手能力。
五.教法和学法:
基于以上本课的教学目标、教学重难点和学生学情特点,我采用听、说、读、写、
玩演、听等方法,采用情景教学法和任务型教学法以及小组合作学习法进行本课教学活动。
六.教学准备:
PPT课件,图片,小礼物奖励,poster海报等。
七、教学过程
I Warm-up and lead in
Greeting.
1.Free talk: T: Hello! You are a good student at school, are you a good boy at home? Ss: yes, I am./ No, I’m not.
T: Do you know any home rules?
Ss: Yes, you should go to bed early...... 2.Lead-in:
A.Read the list of home rules and class rules.

T: Besides home rules and class rules, what other rules do you know?
Ss: Social rules.
【设计意图】:通过自由交谈,让学生放松心情积极进入到英语课堂活动中,复习旧知的同时,
自然引出了今天所学习的话题:social rules. II Presentation
1. Task presentation
T: Today , let’s talk about social rules. What are the social rules?
Ss: Rules in the public places. T:
Give us some words of them. Ss: hospital park cinema...... 【设计意图】:任务呈现,使学生明确学习目标。
2. Text-learning:
the rules on the road

Look at the text picture and answer
T: look, this is a picture of lesson17, what public places can you see in the picture?
Ss: Road and park B.
Watch and answer
T: There are many cars on the road now. It’s too dangerous. We must obey the rules when we cross the road. (书写板书must,以及否定形式mustn’t)
Let’s watch the video and answer: Q: What must we do on the road? Ss: We must look at the traffic lights. 【设计意图】:
初步感知课文大意,并观看视频,更加直观的了解过马路的规则,提高学生的安全意识,认读must和mustn’t, 并引出交通灯。

【设计意图】:学会看红绿灯,学习cross和wait. 并遵守红绿灯过马路。培养学生遵守交通规则的好习惯。

We must take good care of young children. (书写板书take good care of) 【设计意图】:通过给出的搀扶老人和帮助小孩子过马路的图片,学习认读take good care of,提高学生尊老爱幼的意识. 3. Text learning: the rules in the park

【设计意图】通过观看动画片,初步了解公园规则。小组合作学习完成填空,通过共同学习讨论,提高学生合作学习的意识,让学生积极参与到讨论中。

T: look, these are my signs. You can draw the picture if you can draw well, or you can write the phrases on the card. Please do it in a group. Then come to the front and introduce your signs. 【设计意图】:此为任务完成,学生通过sign 的制作社会规则进行描述,除了本课must和mustn’t 句型以外对曾经所学也进行了大量的运用。语言能力得到提升。
