Part A

I. Teaching aims:

◆语言知识目标

1.学习单词hand,arm,head,leg,foot,初步运用honey,sweet等词汇。

2.学习句子:My hand.

3.学说韵律诗:Clap Your Hands.

4.学习字母u在开音节中的读音。

5.功能:描述身体部位。

◆语言技能目标

1. 会说,并认读身体部位的单词。

2. 能根据图片说出身体部位的单词,并能看图识词。

3. 能初步听懂会说My hand and my arm! My head! 等句子。

◆情感态度

引导学生关注自己身体部位,并用英语说出来,激发他们的学习兴趣和热情,提高学习的积极性和主动性。

◆文化意识

乐于接触异国文化,了解个别国家人民对身体部位的不同含义与禁忌。II. Teaching aids:

2. 多媒体电脑。

III. Teaching procedure:

Step 1 Warming up& Revision

1. Ask and answer between the teacher and the students.

T: Good morning, boys and girls!

Ss: Good morning, Mrs. Lin!

T: Nice to meet you!

S1: Nice to meet you, too!

T: How are you, Chenchen!

S2: I’m fine. Thank you!

2. Sing the song Follow Me together.

Step 2 Presentation

1. The teacher touches the body of her and teaches the students new words: head, arm, hand, leg and foot.

2. Display the words cards and read after the teacher.

3. Read words after the teacher and pay attention to the pronunciations of long vowels and the short vowels.

4. Play a game. The teacher speaks out the words of the body and asks the

students to point to their corresponding positions.

5. Play another game. The teacher touches the body of the student and asks the students to speak out the words group by group.

6. Display the text and read the text after the teacher. At the same time, invite students to translate the text.

7. Invite students to read the text.

Step 3 Extension

1. Display the exercise and ask the whole students to complete.

2. Invite some students to check the answers.

3. Read the words and sentences after the teacher.

4. Listen and learn to chant Clap Your Hands.

Step 4 Homework

1. Recite the new words and new sentences.

2. Try to speak the words of the body in English around your life.
