一、教学目标

知识目标：四会数字单词16至20；点餐及其回答的句型，提出建议及其回答的句型，询问某价格及其回答的句型。

能力目标：掌握点餐用语，学会表达自己的想法；学会提出建议；学会用英语询问物品价格。

情感目标：培养学生大胆交流，自信交流的能力。

二、教学重难点：1.What would you like? I’d like__.

三组句型的操练和对情境进行模仿并创新。

三、教学用具：电子白板、卡片等。

四、教学过程：

Step1. Warming up

1. Ss are divided into blue team and yellow team. Ss will get cards if they show themselves. 2. Counting numbers: watch a video and count move to twenty. 3. Revision: Show kinds of food pictures and review numbers.

T: What are they?

How many ___? 4. Lead-in: Show a menu and ask Ss questions:

What would you like?

How much is it? Step2. Presentation and Practice 1. Show a video that the teacher goes to the restaurant to order the food.

T: I’m a little hungry. Let’s go to the restaurant, OK? 2. Mime the scene about ordering the food. The teacher invites a student to set an example first. Then show this dialogue between student A and student B. T: Do you also want to order the food? 3. Practice saying sentences. Complete “I’d like ___.”

T: Please say this sentence about fruit and drink. 4. Show a chart of food and its price.

T: Would you like some coffee/ noodles?

Ss: Yes, please./ No, thanks.

T: How much ____

____?

Ss: ____ yuan. 5. Pair Work: Practice the dialogue. The teacher and a student set an example first. Then practice it in pairs. Next invite Ss to show their dialogues. 6. Game time: Guessing food in sentence “Would you like a/ an/ some ___?” The teacher will tell Ss the result true or false by “ Yes, please./ No, thanks.”

7. Back to the text: First listen and watch the text video, then follow it to read the text. 8. Group Work:

(1) Ss who get the cards stick them on the blackboard to create a restaurant. Then count blue cards and yellow cards to judge the winner team. (2) Make a dialogue including “What would you like?”

“Would you like ___?”

“How much ___?”. Practice the dialogue in groups. (3) Invite Ss to show their dialogues. Step3. Summary Review these three sentence patterns. Step4. Homework Show two pictures that the teacher goes to a stationary shop to buy things. Let Ss guess what they are talking and make a dialogue.
