1．出示单词卡片和图画教学单词：race，nothing，thought，felt，cheetah，trip，woke，dream并板书，教读，学生跟读。

2．学生独立阅读课文，边读边理解。勾出不理解的句子。

3．老师帮助学生理解句子并板书：
