Unit 6 Lesson 35 一、教学目标
知识与技能:
1、通过本课的学习,引导学生能够听说、认读单词
happy, new, old; 2、创建情境,在新年的情境中能够应用、体验、使用Happy New Year互致问候;
3、实践应用,能够使用形容词来描述生活中的人物、动物和物品。
过程与方法:
1、通过观察、表演、小组合作等多种形式训练语言的输出;
2、结合多种教学活动培养学生的核心素养。
情感态度与价值观:
1、通过学习
“happy”的学习,让学生感知快乐来源于生活各处;
2、通过学习
“new, old”的学习,培养学生珍惜物品,不浪费的好习惯;
3、感受世界各地不同新年文化,树立学生的文化意识。
二、教学重、难点
教学重点:
1、能够听、说、认、读单词happy, new, old;
2、在情境中,应用Happy New Year进行新年祝福。
教学难点:
1、使用一个或多个形容词来进行对人物、动物、物品的准确描述;
2、感受世界各地不同的新年文化;
3、理解新年贺词的书写习惯。
三、学情分析
在本节课的准备过程中,我对学生以往掌握的旧知:形容词、衣服、玩具、学具等话题进行了归类。结合着四年级学生的乐于表演的特点,设计了形式多样的活动来调动学生们的学习兴趣,通过贴近学生们生活的对话迅速拉近师生关系,并在课堂中对学生们的学法进行相应的指导。
四、教具准备
本节课准备了包含形容词的sticker,新年贺卡、多媒体课件、白板等来帮助
学生突破重难点。
五、教学过程
I. Warming-up 1. Let’s chant
Chant with the opposite words.
2. Let’s play a finding game
To look at the picture and find out the new things and old things.
To learn the new words: new and old.
To talk about the things with the new words. II. Presentation 1. Listen to the dialogue and think: “Whose sweater is new? Whose sweater is old?”
Think and answer.
To practice the new words in the dialogue. 2. Listen to the dialogue and think: “What are the children going to do on New Year’s Day?”
Think and answer.
To make the students understand, practice the pattern: “Happy New Year!”
3. An activity----Find happiness in our life
Level A To find happy faces.
Level B To make more understanding about happiness. III. Practice 1.
Let’s read the dialogue Listen and follow. Level B
To follow the tape. Level C
To act the dialogue with the things the students have. 2.
An activity--- To summarize the opposite words
To talk with the stickers and make more sentences with “but”. IV. Consolidation 1.
An activity--- Make and send the New Year card To write the New Year card and send it to others.
During this process, to greet to each other and feel happiness. 2.
Let’s sing and dance To enjoy the moment with people all over the world. To feel the culture of spending New Year in different countries. To take a picture with the students together. 3.

七、课堂教学效果评价方式
