Students have learned the expression of simple number, but when it comes to time they don’t know how to express it. So we should help students know time, use time in their daily lives. 三、Teaching aims 

Language Objectives By the end of the class, students are able to: (1)

Read the words: o’clock, eleven, twelve, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty (2)

T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m Miss Feng. Nice to meet you.

Ss: Hello, Miss Feng. Nice to meet you, too. 1. 2 T: Let’s listen a song. OK?

Just listen, no talking(twice). Let’s sing together. 2．Presentation ( 10mins ) 2. 1 T: Do you like this song?

T: Can you hear any numbers? S2: Yes. T: What are they? 2

S3: 1,2,3,4,...... T: Good job! Now I will ask some student to read these numbers one by one. This row, please. 2.2T：what’s this number？

Ss：Eleven. T: Very good, look at the blackboard, take out your hand and write this word in the air, E-l-e-v-e-n.

Ss：twelve T: Wonderful，look at the blackboard, take out your hand and write this word in the air, T-w-e-l-v-e.(其他数字教法同上) T: We have learned these numbers, now we are playing a game. Anyone who can read the word, I will give him or her a card as a gift. Do you like gifts? Ss: Yes! T: Now game time, what’s this number? S1:.......... 3. Let’s learn.（15mins）

3.1 T:We have learned some numbers, but how to express the time by using the numbers?...... Ok, look at this picture, what is it? Ss:钟表

T: In English, It is a clock.But what can the clock show us? 3

Ss: Time. T: Wonderful! Do you know who are they? Ss: They are ........ T: Now, listen carefully, How do they express time? Just listen, no talking.

Listen twice, and then read after it. 3.2

T: Now look at this clock. What time is it? S1: It’s eleven o’clock.

T: Good job! Read together. It’s eleven o’clock.
