一、教学内容分析

Using Teens(the 21st) as reading material to strengthen the Ss reading ability,enlarging their vocabulary and then using the writing part from the College Entrance Examination of Zhejiang Province in 2018 as a guide to teach the Ss how to write a summary. 二、教学目标

1.

The students can accumulate some new words for the paper. 2.

The students can make deeper understanding of the usages of the new words and phrases. 3.

The students can make clear of how to write a three-sentence summary.

三、学习者特征分析

This lesson is designed for English learners especially senior two students. The students in my school have always read this paper since senior one.They enjoy it and make full use of it via the paper they can not only accumulate plenty of new words ,but develop their reading ability ,which is bound to promote their writing ability .

四、教学策略选择与设计

Teamwork ,Task-based methods and Audio-lingual teaching method. English learners need to acquire the ability to understand and speak English, so this lesson is recorded in English so that Students can not only learn writing strategy but also immerse themselves in English environment,arousing their interest in learning English.

五、教学重点及难点

1. To accumulate as many words as possible. 2. To grasp how to write a three-sentence summary.

Step 1 : Lead in

1.

Show a trailer of Ralph breaks the Internet to know the two main characters in the movie, which is the sequel of the 2012 film Wreck-It Ralph. 2.

Check the answer of the Quiz-time,concerning about 4 passageS from the different pages of the paper.Attract students’ attention and let students know what they are expected to learn in this lesson.

Step 2. Direct instruction

From direct instruction, students will 1.

Ask the students to write the new words they ‘ve know the spelling forms and usage of the met in the passages, one team ,one passage. 2.

Ask the representative of each team to show the new words and expressions very clearly. pronunciation,usage of the new words.,and some Also the long sentences are analyzed.

Step 3: presentation 1.

Read the reading material of the writing item; 2.

Place a special emphasis on the first sentence of each paragraph. 3.

Find out key words in the first sentences. the students will have a deeper understanding of the importance of the first paragraph and the key words must have some business with the main idea.
