Step1： Greeting 1.T: Hello，boys and girls. Today we are two groups. Boys are animal group, girls are fruit group. S: OK. 2.Now,let’s watch a cartoon.(Old McDonald had a farm.)

Ss watch and sing. 3.Teacher ask ss what are they in the cartoon? S: On the farm. Teacher teachs the word:”farm”

Ss read after the teacher. Step 2. Presentation 1.Watch ppt and learn the fruit and animals Q: what’s this?/what’s that? Ss answer: apple, orange, pear.(Teacher teachs an apple,an orange and a pear.) Q: What are these?/those?(How many are there?)

2.Visit the farm T: Now I am a farmer(老师带上农民的头饰)，and say “This is my farm. Welcome to my farm. Ss: Ok. T: Look, what’s this?(show a picture of pig) S: It’s a pig.

(T teachs word”pig”)

T show pictures of pigs and let ss to count how many pigs are there. Ss say two. T says “They are pigs.” ( teach “they”, “they’re” and “pigs”)

T:what are these? S: they’re chickens. (teach chicken ,chickens) T:What’s that?(ppt show the shadow of a duck) S:it’s a duck.(teach duck) T:they’re ducks.(teach ducks ) (ppt show numbers of ducks) T: What are those? S:they’re cows. (teach cow and cows) 4.

Let’s relex. Let’s chant and learn the key words and phrases of the story time. Step3: play games Let’s guess
