1. Students learn some words and expressions to describe a place. 2. Students learn how to improve the elegance of sentences by using complex sentence structures. 3. Students get some knowledge of the places of interest in China. 4. Enhance students’ team work spirit by collaborative writing.
Important and difficult teaching points 1. Students learn how to improve the elegance of sentences by using complex sentence structures. 2.Get some knowledge of the places of interest in China. Teaching methods :
Task-based Teaching Method Teaching aids:
Multimedia，a projector Teaching procedures: Step I. Lead-in Teacher:（play a short video entitled China from above）
1.
Introduce the TV program China from above to the students
2.
Show some pictures to them to arouse their interests Step II. Pre-writing 写前语言输入：
1.Introduce some useful expressions to the students 2.Introduce the way of beautifying sentences by using compound sentences, nonfinite verb and emphatic sentences. Step III. While-writing
