情感态度目标

对所学动物名称panda, monkey, elephant乐于模仿，敢于开口。通过游戏chant等活动，让学生体会到英语学习的乐趣，并能积极参与。

学习策略目标

帮助学生在课堂交流中，注意倾听，积极思考。遇到问题时，如It’s an elephant。

The elephant is fat.中的“elephant”读不准确，能主动向老师或同学请教。Big, small与相应的动物elephant, bird之间建立联系。

学情分析

三年级的学生对学习英语充满了兴趣，在第一单元学生们已经学习了农场上的动物，所以他们很乐于去认识和学习更多新的动物。因此本节课，我就创设带孩子们游览动物园的情景，让学生在轻松又愉快的氛围中掌握所学知识。
