一、教学内容：workbook 中的grammar task. 引导学生学会用在写作中使用定语从句。

二、教学目标：

●知识目标：

Motivate the Ss’ writing skills .e.g

1. How to find the three parts of an attributive clause

2. How to make an attributive clause.

3. How to write a passage by using attributive clasues ●情感目标：

1. 本节语法课主要是通过看图说事、合并句子等形式让学生学会定语从句的用法，并加强学生对自己老师的了解，增进师生关系。

2. 通过讨论等方式，培养学生的合作意识。

Lead students to use attributive clause structure to talk about their biology teacher and jion two sentences into one by using attributive clause structure. 四

Students may write very slowly during the class. So it is very necessary to ask the students to preview the lesson. 五

教学过程

Ⅰ. Revison 1.在主从复合句中用作定语的从句叫定语从句。定语从句一般紧接在先行词(antecedent)后面。

2. Write 3 sentences that contian attributive clause in each one on the blackboard bebore class begins. After recalling the defintion of attrbutive clauses, ask 4 atudents to find the attributive clasue follow the example. 1.

The book (which/that) I bought yesterday is very interesting. 2.

The reason why he didn't attend the meeting was that he was ill. 3.

Ⅳ.Join sentences by using attributive clauses

PPT展示一幅憨豆先生在酒店吃冰冻的龙虾的图片，引出两个问题：

T: What is Mr. Been doing? S: Mr. Been is eating lobster at canteen. T: why does he look so uncomfortable? S: The lobster is so freezing T: yeah, the lobster is so freezing that makes him very uncomfortable. 在图片上出现两个句子：①Mr. Been is eating lobster at canteen. ②The lobster is so freezing that makes him very uncomfortable. T: So, we can join the two sentences into one when we are writing. Mr. Been is eating lobster at canteen which is so freezing that makes him very uncomfortable. (在PPT上显示如何合并这两个句子。) 然后要求学生根据这个例子完成对4组句子的合并。
