通过听力材料，阅读材料，以及教师的引导，学生能够了解到当今社会快速发展以及IT对社会发展的重要性，让学生树立科技文化帮助生活以及兴国的文化意识

教学目标

1.通过听力材料的获取信息，阅读材料的搜寻锻炼学生的逻辑思维能力。

思维品质

2.通过分享自己的心中的机器人培养学生的批判性思维、并且通过小组合作可以画也可以用mindmap形式锻炼学生创新能力和水平。

学习能力

运用听力和阅读，学生拓宽学习IT知识渠道，另外小组合作设计表述机器人，提升英语口语。

教学重点

归纳总结搜寻文章的段落大意，能定位搜寻有效信息。

教学难点

在部分IT知识输入后，学生能够设计自己的机器人，并且能和组员用英语讨论分享自己的机器人，随后能够表达清楚这个机器人的各项特征。

本班学生大部分英语基础不是很牢固，基本来自于农村中学，但是他们喜欢新鲜事物，喜欢网上一些新奇的东西，只要讲到一些未来科技的东西，他们都十分感兴趣。部分男生热爱体育运动，特别是足球，因此Andy 作为足球运动员的这类文本，学生显示感兴趣，一些学情分析

相关的不在要求掌握的词汇之列，部分学生能够知道。

不足在于，本班学生的听说读能力还是技巧掌握不够，特别是不够大胆表达自己的英语，害怕别人笑话自己讲的不好，因此创建小组合作可以帮助他们更加感兴趣，少部分英语口语较好的展示，可以汤其他同学效仿学习。

Step4: Student’s activity 1.Pair work: Question:Imagine what other things android can do ?

It aims to make students practise their oral English by talking about their dream android with their partner.

2.Group work:

Students share their own android and design a better android on the magnetic card. Try to describe the android in oral English with their group member.

It aims to make students share their android and design it in order to have a further understanding of IT and practise their oral English.

3.Share time Choose a representative to show the android of your group.

It aims to have the students share their design of the android after discussing with their members. Step 5 Homework :

It aims to consolidate the reading skill and further understanding of the passage.
