Lead in. 1. T: Good afternoon, boys and girls. Welcome to my restaurant. I’m the boss of the restaurant. Look! There are many delicious food in it. Q1 :What would you like ?
Q2: Would you like something to drink?
But these food are for free, if you can answer my questions. Do you want to challenge it? 2.
First, introduce Mr. Pig and Miss Rabbit to students.
T: But they don’t like these food. What would they like?
Yes! Carrots! 二.Presentation 1.
Show them a picture of the carrot and learn the word “ carrot”.
Then show them the title of the story.
T: But they don’t want to eat the big carrot. Because their friend is hungry now.

T: Now listen to the story and answer the question .
Q1. Who is hungry? 3.
Show them the picture of Miss Sheep. T: Look, Miss Sheep is hungry . How is she feeling now? Read Part 3 and answer the question.
Q2. How is she feeling? 4.
T: What can we do to help Miss Sheep?
Aha, we have a big carrot. Q3. Does Miss Sheep like carrots?
Read Part 4 and answer the question. Show the key sentence “Let’s share it.”
T: So we can eat it together. We can share it. Learn the word “share”.
Do you want to share the carrot with Miss Sheep? Now let’s share it. 5.
T: Now Miss Sheep is full . Maybe she is thirsty. What would Miss Sheep like to drink? Let’s ask her. Show the two sentences: Would you like something to drink?
What would you like? Is Miss Sheep feeling much better now?I’m happy to hear it. What about you? 三.Practice 1.
T: Boys and girls. Why does Miss Sheep get better ? Now let’s
read the story together and answer this question. 2.
Please read the story with your partner. 3.
Describe the story depending on the pictures. 4.
