本课教材为外研社《英语》(新标准)(三年级起点)四年级上册Module 4 Unit 1 Do you want some rice?本单元共1课时完成。本单元课文情境是Daming
教材分析
和Amy 在公园里看到中餐的快餐摊位,Daming把中国的食物“面条”介绍给Amy,这是一种文化意识的交流;Daming为Amy提供多种食物供其选择,这又是非常尊重对方的做法,发扬了中华民族的传统的美德。学生学完本课后能够归纳已学的食物词汇,建立食物的相关词汇图,并能询问他人是否想要某种食物。
本单元的重点是运用句型“Do you want some...?”来询问他人对食物的需要,并能用“Yes, please.”或“No, thank you.”就他人的提问进行回答。学生对讨论食物这一话题会比较感兴趣,而对于“Do you...?”这一句型已经接触过。如:在三年级下册M4U1中就已经学过运用语句“Do you like...?”询问他人是否喜欢某种事学情分析
物,并能就他人的提问进行回答。本单元对于问句中只是进行了实义动词替换,因此学生对问句的学习会相对容易,而学生在学习答句“Yes, please.”和“No, thank you.”时会与之前学过的“Yes, I do.”和“No, I don’t.”相混淆。另外本单元还出现了两个形近词”tomato”和”potato”,学生在学习和记忆这两个词时会有困难。
