Unit4 Wildlife Protection Language points （交流展示课）

主备人；李晓玲

审核人：高一英语组

一，教材分析：随着经济的发展，环境问题越来越突出。现今，野生动物的灭绝问题越来越受到人类的关注，本课主要围绕Wildlife Protection这一话题展开学习，让学生了解有关野生动物的一些常识、生活现状和保护方法。

二、学生主体分析：学生为高一学生，具有较好的英语水平，感知能力较强。本课具有较强的自主性，因为Wildlife Protection这一话题对学生来说有较强的吸引力，而且学生有较强的表现欲。

三、教学目标

【知识与技能目标】解决自主课上提出的问题:TaskI succeed的word family

TaskII

in danger 和dangerous的区别

TaskIII protect…from….与prevent…from 【过程与方法目标】

组间交流，互学讨论，展示成果, 教师适时点拨，巩固提升。

【情感、态度与价值观目标】

1. 培养学生学习英语的兴趣和热情，树立一种保护野生动物的意识。

2. 培养学生爱护动物的习惯。

3.通过组与组的竞争，最大限度地调动学生主动参与的积极性；通过合作,增强学习效率。

四、教学重点和难点

重点：培养学生的阅读能力，如略读、细读、归纳大意的能力等。

难点：提高学生的口语交际能力

五、教学方法和手段

1. 改变传统的死记硬背的学习模式，倡导自主合作学习。

2. 使用实用教具和应用现代化教学手段——多媒体辅助教学，丰富了课堂教学的内容，增强

了教学的直观性、趣味性，提高了课堂教学效果。

教学过程：

Step 1 Motivational Speaker

Play a Video (播放一段英语视频)视频之后学生有一段励志演讲（3mins）

StepII Have A Quiz （对本单元的重点单词进行考查, 每个1分，全对奖10分3组6组5号上板，其他同学写在卷子上）(3mins) StepIII Discussion （3到5分钟讨论）(通过讨论环节，促进学生之间的交流，帮助学生自主解决生成的问题) StepIV Presentation（各组派代表展示，其他小组倾听，质疑，纠出错误奖励3分）此环节的设计目的：通过展示交流，训练学生的英语表达能力和与学生的沟通能力，以鼓励他们用英语思考问题，提高他们的口语）

TaskI.succeed 查字典解决问题利用字典上的例句总结succeed的word family,及其用法

TaskII in danger/ dangerous看图说句子

TaskIII protect …from…(观察例句总结知识点) e.g We must prevent the water from being polluted. I want to put on more clothes to protect myself f rom cold. The snow prevented us from going out.

StepV Practice makes perfect（熟能生巧环节旨在巩固学生对本节课内容的掌握，练习题由易到难，分层次布置给学生以求每个层次的学生都有收获）

(这个环节之前插播一段周杰伦的保护野生动物的视频，视频全英文，偶像的榜样作用督促学生在能力层面练好口语，精神层面逐渐加深对野生动物保护的意识) ①现如今有很多人为了金钱，食物或者衣服去杀害野生动物。②因此，很多野生动物已经处于濒临灭绝的危险中。③然而，他们是我们的朋友，我们人类应该和他们和谐相处。④此外，政府也应该保护他们免受杀害。

StepVI Draw a conclusion（总结环节旨在检查学生对本节课的掌握情况运用三两分钟就可以让学生对重点内容回顾让他们写在纸上更有助于记忆）

What have you learnt in this period?速度写下自己所学所得，已经忘掉的利用下课的三分钟找回记忆

StepVII Homework 必做题：1.整理上述短文并背诵2.解决本节课新生成的问题

选做题：通过查字典总结employ，

appreciate 的用法

Tips：Move your hands! Open your dictionary, and you will find many things that the teachers didn’t teach you(动动你的手打开你的字典你会发现字典里有很多老师没有教给你的东西。)

通过“展示图片

回答”这一教学方法，让学生对野生动物有所了解，

激起对濒临灭绝动物的兴趣，可以带有好奇心的进入下一步的阅读。
