Unit2 Let’s make a fruit salad
the first period —— Story Time
一、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:
①能初步听懂、会说、会读单词a banana, a grape, a mango, a pineapple, some, any, make, fruit, salad, our, let’s 。
②能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Do you have…?并且会用Yes, I do.和No,I don’t 来回答。
③初步体会some和any的使用方法。
2. 能力目标:
让学生能通过自主交流,结交有共同兴趣爱好的朋友,并了解西方国家的饮食文化。
3. 情感目标:
通过多种活动形式,激发学生英语学习的情感,使之积极参与到课堂活动中,同时,教育学生互相谦让、学会分享。
4. 策略目标:
①通过设置小组学习任务,运用“五步阅读法”,发展学生个性,培养学生创新意识及合作学习意识。
②充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验,创设生活化的真实情境,引导学生在运用语言中学习语言,在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言。
二、教学重点:
1. 能初步听懂、会说、会读单词a banana, a grape, a mango, a pineapple, some, any, make, fruit, salad, our, let’s 。
2. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Do you have…?并且会用Yes, I do.和No,I don’t 来回答。
3. 充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验,创设生活化的真实情境,引导学生在运用语言中学习语言,在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言。
三、教学难点:
1. 初步体会some和any的使用方法。
2. 通过多种活动形式,激发学生英语学习的情感,使之积极参与到课堂活动中,同时,教育学生互相谦让、学会分享。
四、教学疑点:
学生能否通过学习,真实自然而流利地运用所学内容,并且学会和人分享?五、教学准备:
卡片,多媒体(PPT),学生自带水果,老师做的水果色拉
六、教学过程:
Step1. Greetings & Warm up
2. Warm up
T: Would you like to say a chant? (T先示范)Let’s say it together. 3. Revision
T: Apple round, apple red. Do you like apples?
S: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
T: Do you have an apple?
S: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
同法复习pear, orange 。
Step2. Presentation & Practice
1. Present & Learn the new words
T: All of you have different kinds of fruits. Next, let’s play a guessing game. Look! Here’s my box. I have some fruit in my box, please guess what’s in my box? You can ask me like this “Do you have a …?”
新授banana(s), grape(s), pineapple(s), mango(es)。
(通过重读或者夸张朗读“some”和“any”,引起学生对单词的关注。) 2. Practise the new words
① T: We can say some names of fruit. Can you say their names? Let’s check. I say “banana”, you say “bananas”.
② T: Next, let’s have a challenge, OK?
Game: 看到单词大声读,看到图片拍拍手。
3. Present & Learn the dialogue
T:If we want to eat all the fruit at the same time. What can we do? Miss Qin has a good idea.
Task 1: Watch and answer 看卡通回答问题
Q1: What fruit are mentioned?
Q2: What do they want to do with the fruit?
T: (after watching) Who can tell me the answer?
A1由PPT展示各种图片,让学生勾选出文中对话提到了哪些水果。
A2: Make a fruit salad. ( 新授make, fruit, salad )
( Learning Tips: 当你看卡通时,请带着以上两个问题,有目的的观看卡通片,注意关键词。)
Task 2: Read and match
T: They want to make a fruit salad! Who are they? What fruit do they have? Let’s read the story quickly and more carefully, then do the exercise.
( Learning Tips:快速阅读,圈出文中出现的人物,以及其拥有的相关水果。) Task 3: Reading loudly
T: I want to eat all the fruit at the same time, what shall I do? S: Make a fruit salad.
T: Now, we find out the answer, if you can perform well, I’ll teach you how to make a fruit salad.
① T: Let’s read after the tape one sentence by one sentence, OK? ② Let’s read ! (choose one)
a. Read together in groups
b. Read in role
c. Read after one in groups
d. Read in your own way
Step3. Production
1.Let’s watch!
T: I’ll teach you how to make a fruit salad.
(教师当堂示范,和几个学生共同合作,并操练Do you have a/ any …?)
T:(指着自制色拉)Look at my fruit salad, is it nice?
S: Yes, it is. How nice! / It’s nice.
2.Let’s make!
T: Do you want to make your own fruit salad? Let’s make in groups. Are you ready? Let’s start!
3.Let’s share!
SS谈谈制作水果色拉的感受,教师进行适时的情感教育。
4. Summary
T: Let’s check what we have learnt in our class.
