PEP六年级上册Unit5 What Does She Do?复习课
一、单元内容整体分析:
本单元的话题是职业表达,主要功能是能简单介绍人物职业。主要语言结构为:What does your father / mother do? Where does he / she work? How does he / she go to work?
并围绕主题引出一系列词汇:singer,actor,actress,engineer,policeman,cleaner,accountant等。我们在四年级上册就接触过表职业的单词,如:farmer,doctor,driver等,教师要充分利用旧语言为新知识的教学服务。
二、本单元教学目标:
1、知识目标:
1)能够掌握A、B两部分Let's learn,Let's talk中的四会单词(singer,writer,actor,actress,artist,engineer,accountant,policeman,salesperson,cleaner,where,work,TV reporter)和四会句子(What does your father / mother do? Where does he / she work? How does he / she go to work? )。
2)能够听、说、认读A、B部分Let's talk,Let's read中的白体句子。
2、能力目标:
1)能够简单介绍人物职业,如He's / She's a / an ...
2)能够运用句型“What does your father / mother do? Where does he / she work? How does he / she go to work? ”等询问他人的工作情况,并给出相应回答。
3)能够按要求较好完成Group work等活动。
3、情感目标:
1)情感态度:热爱生活、尊重他人劳动。
2) 学习策略:能积极与他人合作,运用所学英语进行交流,共同完成学习任务。
三、本单元教学重、难点:
重点:使学生掌握一些职业的英语表达并就此展开相关讨论。本单元共有27个单词,其中有13个四会单词,13个两会单词和一个三会单词(show)。
重点句型是“What does your father / mother / ... do? Where does he / she work? How does he / she go to work?
”。
难点:让学生在任务活动中熟练运用不同句型进行交流。

教师准备课件及教学过程中所需要的字母卡片
学生的练习题。
五、教学步骤
一)Warm – up
Let's chant
I like teaching .
I am a teacher .
You like writing . You are a writer .
She likes singing. She’s a singer .
He likes acting .
He’s an actor .
We like studying. We are students. (通过简单,朗朗上口的chant使学生轻松愉快的进入课堂,同时又复习了本节课要用到的词汇)
二)Review the words
1 Can you guess? student, nurse, TV reporter, policeman
用简笔画的形式引起学生的兴趣,使学生放松心情,进入学习状态。
2 Read and say
通过对职业的描述,让学生说出该职业的名称。
He writes stories. He is a …
She cleans roads. She is a …
She sings songs. She is a …
He sells things. He is a …
3 看图片说职业
What does he /she do? Zhao Wei (an actress), Zhou Xingchi( an actor), Xu Beihong(an artist),pictures of engineer and accountant
出示赵薇,周星驰,徐悲鸿的照片,吸引学生们的注意力,调动学生的积极性让学生说出他们的职业。考虑到学生对徐悲鸿的长相不一定熟悉所以加上徐悲鸿的骏马图进行提示。
4 Game根据首字母猜单词

S: He goes to work by plane.
然后让学生就刘欢,赵薇,李勇这几位明星进行问答。
