教学目标：

知识与能力：

1.学生能掌握单词banana, meat的拼读。

2.学生能运用句型-What do they eat?

-___eat ___.

3.学生能了解字母s, z, x和o在单词中的发音及规则。

过程与方法：

设计请客的情景展开教学。

情感、态度与价值观：让学生通过情景模拟，体会学英语的快乐。

教学重难点：通过本课学习，掌握词汇及句型，能灵活运用句型来讨论动物的食物。

教学准备：bananas, grass, meat, fish的字卡，及各种动物的图片。

教学过程：

一、

Class opening and review. 1.

Greeting T: Hello, boys and girls. S: Hello, teacher. T: Are you ready for our class? S: Yes. T: OK .Let’s go! 2.

Review 出示动物图片，复习动物名称及生活的地方。

T: Look here, please. What’s this? Where does it live? Fish: It’s a fish .A fish can swim. Where does a fish live? A fish lives in a river.

Bird: It’s a bird. Can a bird fly? Where does a bird live? A bird lives in a tree. Panda: It’s a panda. The panda is white and black. It’s fat. Where does a bird live? The panda lives in a forest. T:（赞美孩子们的表现，给他们竖大拇指。）

New concepts T: Today we are going to learn a new lesson, Lesson11 What Do They Eat? (板书题目，解释动词eat) 1.

New words T: First , we will learn two new words. Banana: The bananas are yellow .The monkeys like bananas. What the banana is? Read after the teacher .Banana, banana, B-A-N-A-N-A. (拓展：和banana一类的词有：apple, orange) Meat: The second word is Meat. Meat, meat. M-E-A-T. The meat is delicious. I like the meat. The tigers like the meat ,too. Do you know what the meat is? Read after the teacher .Meat, meat. M-E-A-T. 2.

New sentences

1)

Create a scene T:Today, there was a party in the forest.(张贴条幅a party) There were many animals at the party. They are little monkey brother, Uncle cow, lovely cat and tiger king. (边说边把动物张贴在黑板上。) When all the animals came, The bear began to distribute the food.(画一张桌子，把动物图片张贴在桌子周围。) He put the banana in front of the cat. Put the grass in front of the monkey. Put the meat in front of the cow. And put the fish in front of the tiger. The food is ready. But the animals did not eat. Why??? 2)

Talk 学生会说小熊把食物分错了。

T: Does a cow eat meat? S: No. T: What does a cow eat? S: Grass. T: Yes. A cow eats grass. Say it, please. S: A cow eats grass. 依次完成其他动物的讨论。

3）Practice

尽量多的讨论各种动物吃什么。

-What does a(an) horse/elephant/wolf eat? -A(An) horse/elephant/wolf eats grass/banana/meat. 三、Practice 完成Part2 Let’s do it！练习。

教师在教室来回走动，帮助、指导孩子们完成练习。

四、Homework 完成8分钟上Lesson11的练习。
