教材分析：本课的故事是大明正在举办一个生日聚会，当他吹

唢呐的时候，被突然发生的事件给中断了。需要学生掌握的语言功能是：Daming is playing the suona, but the telephone rings.说明事件的变化,一件事情正在发生，突然发生了另外一件事情。本课的内容贴近学生的生活实际，有利于培养学生在真实的语言情景中运用英语进行交际的能力。

二、教学目标：

知识目标：

1．听、说、读、写四会单词：suona, ring，bell，arrive, clap 2．能听懂、会说功能句：A.Daming is having a birthday party. B.Daming is playing the suona, but the telephone rings. 3．能运用功能句谈论正在做一件事情时另一件事情同时发生。

4．在游戏和活动中培养学生运用英语的能力，提高学生的口语水平，并对英语产生浓厚的兴趣。

情感目标：激发学生的学习热情，并进行文明礼仪教育。

三、教学重点：

学生能够掌握句型Daming is having a birthday party. Daming is playing the suona, but the telephone rings. 四、教学难点：运用功能句谈论正在做一件事情时另一件事同时发生。

五、教学用具：游戏卡片、单词卡片，多媒体课件及视频等。
