Let’s learn Find the mistakes

教学目标：1、能听说读写单词：dining hall, grass, gym, ago, year, month, last；能听说认读句子：There was gym in my school twenty years ago. Now there’ s a new one in our school.并能在真实情境中描述某个地方过去与现在的变化。

2、能够通过Find the mistakes的学习，用句型“There were no…. People didn’t ….People couldn’t ….描述唐朝人的生活状态和条件。

3、通过过去和现在的对比，感受个人的成长和社会的进步。

教学重点：1、能够正确运用上述七个单词和词组谈论或描述过去到现在发生的变化。

2、能正确使用一般过去时和一般现在时。

教学难点：能够从对比图及生活变化中，用完整的语句进行正确表达和书写。

课前准备：1、教师准备本课时所需的单词卡片。

2、教师准备光盘或课件。

教学过程: 一、Warm-up 1. Enjoy a Video: 走进齐家小学“和教育”.(课前) 2. Review T: Is our new school beautiful? In let’s talk, we already knew Wu Yifan’s grandpa’s old school. Yes? There was only one small building on a hill. There was no library or computers, either.

3. Lead in Today, let’s come and look at Wu Yifan’s new school. OK? Look. What’s it like? Is it big and beautiful？So here is a Wechat from Wu Yifan. Let’s listen. 通过一个微信聊天页面，展示一段含有there be句型的一般过去时和一般现在时的文本，其中含有本节课所学的新词汇及重点句型。

Hello, I’m Wu Yifan. I’d like to introduce（介绍）

my new school. It is very new and beautiful. There is a big dining hall. I eat lunch there. The food is yummy. There is a big gym, too. When it’s rainy, we have PE class there. Near the gym, there is green grass. Sometimes we play football on the grass. There are some trees, too. But five years ago, there was no gym. And there was no dining hall. There were no trees, either. So now my school is more beautiful than before. I like my new school .

二、Presentation 1. What’s Wu Yifan’s new school like? There is/are…. (1) 用There is/are….描述吴一凡现在的学校，在文本中划出关键句。

T: What’s Wu Yifan’s new school like? We can use “There is/are….”and “ now”. 出示There is/are….卡片，带读，贴于黑板

S try to find out the sentences, T underline. Sentence1. There is a big dining hall. Sentence2. There is a big gym. Sentence3. There is green grass. Sentence4. There are some trees. (2)在以上四个句子中依次圈出本课的三个新单词，然后开展学习。

a. T: Look at this word. Do you know? Dining hall. First, listen. In the dining hall, we can eat lunch. Yes? So can you say? PPT出示食堂图片，县学生听音，跟读，个别读，然后再通过学生吃饭的图片，教师引导连词句型：

We can …. b. 接着教学gym There is no … in our school ….

We can’t …. 教师询问我校有没有gym，通过一个哭脸，然后变换练习there be句型，强调

no 和

can’t c. 再学习grass 这里不出示句型框架，放手让学生大胆说。

2. What’s Wu Yifan’s old school like? There was/were…. (1)回到文本，教师提问引出there be句型一般过去式的学习

T: What’s Wu Yifan’s old school like? Do you know old school? In this passage, it means five years ago. So we can use “There was/were….”

圈出文本中的five years ago，拿出卡片，带读，贴于黑板

出示“There was/were….”卡片，带读，贴于黑板

S try to find out the sentences, T underline. Sentence1. There was no gym. Sentence2. There was no dining hall. Sentence3. There were no trees.

(2)表格对比吴一凡学校的现在和过去，掌握there be句型的一般过去时和一般现在时区别

T: So this is Wu Yifan’s school. Now let’s look and say. Wu Yifan’s school

now There is a dining hall in the school now. There is a gym in the school now. There are some trees in the school now. five years ago There was no dining hall in the school five years ago. There was no gym in the school five years ago. There were no trees in the school five years ago. (3)引出我们自己的学校，通过继续对比一般过去时和一般现在时，学习本课剩余词汇

T: Now let’s see our beautiful school. Look, There is a … in our school now. we can …. But there was\were no … ten months ago.

PPT依次展示三组学校图片的过去和现在对比，并逐步减少句型框架，慢慢放手让学生说得更多，在说中掌握句型变化情况和要点。
