I. Teaching aims
1. Aims on the knowledge
Students are able to use the sentence pattern “What do you do on Monday/ Tuesday/…?” “I go …on … / I’m free/…” to talk about what they do every day.
Students are able to use the sentence pattern “Are you free on…?” “I’m free on…” to check week plans. 2. Aims on the ability

III. Teaching difficult points Students are able to use the sentence patterns correctly in the real situation. Students are able to get information from the table correctly. IV. Teaching and learning methods Situational teaching method and task-based teaching method and TPR teaching method.
V. Teaching procedure Step 1 warm up Sing a song What do you do on Mondays?
Step 2 Daily talk show 1. The student on duty use riddles to introduce the sports he/ she likes.
2. Other students guess what the sports he/ she likes doing.
3. Peer review.
Step 3 Presentation 1. Let’s guess: what activities do you do on weekdays/ at weekends? Enable students to ask teacher:” Ivy, Ivy, what do you do on Saturday?” Then the teacher use a riddle to show the activity. After that, invite more students to give riddles about their activities. 2. Let’s watch. Use PPT to show the dialogue between Beeno and the teacher. Beeno: Do you like hiking? T: Yes, I do. Beeno: Shall we go hiking? T: Good idea! Beeno: Are you free on…?
(Show teacher’s week plan. Ask students to watch and answer.) T: Can I go hiking with Beeno on Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesday/…? Why? S1: No, you can’t. Because you go swimming on Sunday.

3. Let’s think. T: Beeno invites me to go hiking. So he asks…?
Ss: Do you like go hiking? T: Yes. I like it so I say “yes, I do”.
If you don’t like it, what can you say? Ss: No, I don’t.
T: Good. You can also use the sentence “I don't like______but I like_______.”
Invite more students to have a try. 4. Let’s learn

6. Let’s act. Watch again and act it out. 7. Let’s think. Ask students to think about how to do something together and give the pictures right order. Step 1 Write down your week plan. Step 2 Ask “Do you like ... ing?”
