The students in my class came to the school with the poorest grades in English and some of them lack the basic vocabulary and skills useful in English study. After two years' study, some of them have changed their former methods of study and built up confidence, but compared to other students, they still need more encouragement and time to gather what they need to succeed. So to meet their actual situation, my class is designed in a more simple way in order to help the students to grasp the basic knowledge of this formation and build up confidence. 四、Analysis of The Teaching materials:

Based on the students' situation, some pictures about their actual life and several inspiring videos about the country and the heroes in the recent big fire are chosen to help them learn the usage of the Present Perfect Passive Voice. The aim is to help the students foster an interest and love when at the same time mastering the knowledge. 四、Teaching Methods 1. Use pictures of people around the students and the school they study in to arouse their interest; 2. Assign proper tasks for the students to analyze the usage of the Present Perfect Passive Voice; 3. Show some videos about China and the big fire in Sichuan to help the students practice the

Present Perfect Passive Voice. 五、Teaching Procedures: Step 1 Lead -in 1. Present the teaching aims of the class.

七、Reflection of This Class 3

Advantages:

Because the design of the class is based on their actual level, the students can quickly get the intention of each task and finish the exercises on time.

Disadvantages: 1. Although the exercises are simple to solve, some students still have difficulty finishing them correctly and on time.

2. Due to a lack of vocabulary and basic skills to analyze the sentences in the slides, some of them are at loss when using the grammar in the class to describe the content of the videos and express their own ideas. 3. The students' confidence has more or less increased, but some of them still lack the courage to show themselves and many of them are also afraid of making mistakes in front of the whole class. 4
