一、教学目标

1、能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast,clear,heavy,light,rain,won't等。

2、能运用旧词sunny,rainy,cold,warm,cool,hot描述天气。

3、能运用句型“It will/won't be ...tomorrow”和“There will/won't be...”描述天气情况。

二、情感态度价值观

关注天气变化，进一步了解全球气候变暖的问题，树立保护环境的意识。

三、教学重点与难点

重点：能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast,clear,heavy,light,rain,won't等。能运用句型“It will/won't be ...tomorrow”和“There will/won't be...”对不同天气做出细致描述。

难点：能理解并学会区分运用“It will/won't be...”与“There will/won't be...”描述天气情况。

五、教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up 1、

Greetings. 2、

Let's chant.

Sunny, sunny. It's sunny.

Rainy, rainy. It's rainy.

Windy, windy. It's windy.

Cloudy, cloudy. It's cloudy. Step 2 Presentation 1、出示核心单词weather, 在weather四周出示相关天气的单词，帮助学生复习已学过的天气单词sunny,rainy,cloudy,windy,snowy,cold,warm,cool,hot等。

2、情境创设：教师现场配音天气预报（边说边展示相关天气的图片），在情境中学习并操练新单词：weather forecast, clear, heavy, light, rain, won't等。

T: This is CCTV. It's time foe the weather forecast. Tomorrow will be clear in Yongzhou. It will be sunny and cool.

T: Shall we go out tomorrow?（多次朗读后提问）

Ss: Yes, because It will be sunny and cool. T: It will be clear. “Clear”

means “Sunny”.（出示晴朗天气的图片）. So we will go out tomorrow.

以同样的图片展示方式教授单词light rain, heavy rain, sunny and warm, sunny and cool,strong wind, light snow. 3、

单词操练：集体练读，男女PK读，小组练读，单个开火车练读。

4、The text ①Listen and count.关书，听音。给出问题。

How many cities can you hear? ②Listen and say.听音，回答问题

What are the cities? ③Read and check.打开书，圈出五个城市的名称及天气，并检查自己听到的是否正确。

④Listen and repeat. 听音，跟读，引导学生正确模仿语音语调。

⑤Read and act.引导学生记忆天气预报和表演课文内容。

Step 3 Practice 活动：我是小小预报员。

例1：Hello! This is CCTV.

It will be sunny and cool in Changsha. 例2：Hello! This is CCTV.

There will be a strong wind in Sanya. 利用例子并结合图片来预报各城市未来天气的情况。学生表演完，教师进行鼓励性点评。

最后展示由于全球气温变暖，导致极地冰川融化，海平面上升，洪涝灾害的图片，从而引导学生树立保护环境的意识。

Step 4 Homework 1、

用今天所学句型表达至少3个不同城市未来的天气。
