一、

教学目标

1.通过观看视频、听录音等方式，能够理解故事内容；

2.能够在视频、录音及教师的指导下，按照正确的意群及语音、

语调朗读故事；

3.能够在教师及同伴的帮助下，表演故事，并能恰当运用故事中的语言。

二、学情分析

本课时是六年级下册第一单元的C部分Story time，学生通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学的语言，并增加语言的输入。本节课是在完成整个单元的

教学内容后开展的，学生在前几节课的

教学中已储备了相关的知识，如：How tall are you? How heavy are you? I’m…

He’s bigger than …这些语言对于学生来讲难度不大，学生通过该故事的教学不仅复习巩固了本单元所学的语言，还适当拓宽了其他语言的输入，如：I can’t wait. Football needs teamwork. What’s happening here?等，这些语言学生在日常生活中也会经常用到，非常实用。

(一)、warm-up 接龙拼单词游戏：用所给字母组成正确的单词。

) （二）、Presentation

1.

谈话引入

T: Oh ,good job ! You are very excellent ,so I’ll give you a reward .I’ll tell you a story . What storyt?

Listen and guess ! Can you guess ? S: Maybe football . T: Yes, you are very clever. Do you like football ? S: Yes.

T: Do you want to be a football player? S: Yes.

T: Maybe you can join a football team.

设计意图：谈话为引出story做铺垫，在自然交谈中开始学习,让学生展开联想，自己去想象故事的内容。

2、新课呈现

(1)、zip and Zoom’s football team need a goalkeeper.(教师在此教授goalkeeper这个词) Look there is a notice. Let’s read it together.

Oh! some animals also want to have a try. Look at the picture .Who are they?

S: Deer, Zebra, Giraffe and dog. (2)、Who is coming first?

S: Mr Deer . T: Read the picture two and answer: How tall/ heavy is the Deer?

S: It’s 1.8metres and 86kilograms.

(3)、How about Zebra? Read the picture three . How tall is he?

S:It’s 1.9metres.

T: Can he be the goalkeeper ? S:No,he can’t.

T: Why ? S: Because he can’t catch the ball. (教师重点讲解catch这个词。) (4)、Look at the picture four 。Who is the third animal ? What’s he like?

S: Giraffe .He is the tallest. His neck is too long. (教师通过动作帮孩子理解neck 这个词。) T: Can he be the goalkeeper? Read the picture 4 and find the answer . S: No, because the others can’t reach him. (教师通过动作帮孩子理解reach 这个词。) (5)、T: What should they do? Look, Who is coming? What’s he like?

S: He’s too heavy.

T: Read and answer:Can he become the goalkeeper at last?

S:Yes,they need a big guy. (帮助学生理解guy) (6)、Look, he’s almost bigger than the goal. He’s an excellent. 设计意图：分别讲解图片内容，逐个解决生词，难词。让学生带着老师的问题，在逐段阅读过程中了解故事内容。

（三）、Consolidation （1）、快速读课文，根据故事内容填空，补全短文。
