课堂上读前活动我花费了过多的时间，进入课文学习时只剩15分钟了，虽然加快了节奏，可到最后还有三个环节没有完成，这是这堂课最大的缺憾。

失

完成教学任务是上好一堂课的先决条件，我对时间的把握还很欠缺，教学节奏控制上还是过慢。还有对学生太过于亲切有时并非是好事，教师容易失去威信，放慢教学节奏，这些都是我要改善的。
