2、学习并掌握重点句型:What do you do before / after…? 并掌握一般现在时态中,主语为第三人称单数时,动词的变化。

3、理解并会朗读短文。

教学过程

Step1. Revision

Show a picture. Ss talk about health.

Breakfast, fruit vegetables, and sports are all good for our health.

Step 2. Presentation

Read part1 Ask and answer.

When does Li Ming have breakfast?

He has breakfast at 7:00 in the morning.

What does Li Ming do before breakfast?

He washes his hands and brushes his teeth before breakfast.

What does Li Ming do after breakfast?

He goes to school after breakfast.

Does Danny brush his teeth after dinner?

No. He never brushes his teeth after dinner.

That’s bad for his teeth.

Focus on the key words before and after.

2. Read part2. Jenny’s week. Read and understand the content. Then order the pictures.

3. Play the recorder. Ss read and repeat.

Look and say. Look at the picture (1) on page23, then ask and answer in pairs. Help the Ss use
