教材分析

本课时是第三单元的第一课时，本课学习目标：1.是让学生通过听、看、做、演、说、唱、玩等途径，能够听懂、会说有关季节及其气温特点的八个词汇：spring，summer，autumn，winter，hot，warm，cool和cold，并尝试借助图片整体识别单词。2.能够结合描述天气状况的单词尝试说一说季节的特点。

通过学习本单元的八个单词，能够乐于观察、了解常见季节特征，以及培养学生对大自然的热爱之情。

本课中的气候单词cool和warm对学生来说不易分辨，需加以动作展示，巩固记忆。在学习单词时需要做到“以词带句”，“词不离句”。在句子中学单词，在句子中用单词。

本课要求学生听懂会说有关于季节气温的八个词汇。

首先一开始上课简单问候之后，全班学生起立表演Unit 2的歌曲《Rain，rain，go away》。由歌中的rainy days引出上个单元的功能句：What’s the weather like today?学生根据天气回答，从而引出五种天气状况和大自然的千变万化。由“乖乖兔”绘本引出四季的概念，介绍大自然的四个孩子：春夏秋冬，一起去了解它们的故事，激发学生好奇心，从而逐个学习新单词。

第二，学习有关四季气温4个单词，出示温度计的实物，让学生观察并根据PPT中的温度计变动，感知季节变化，学习单词。关于气温的单词需要借助肢体语言和表情动作来展现。

第三，通过知识大闯关的环节一起来考验本课学习成果。第一关：单词快速认读；第二关：连词成句，根据本课学习的八个单词，仿照例句说句子；第三关：结合Unit2的天气单词，仿照例句说全句子。三个关卡设置由浅入深，由词到句，层层递进，展现梯度。

最后，总结所学内容，并告诉学生要热爱大自然，培养学生爱护地球保护环境的意识。
