教学反思

每次一遍一遍地精心准备一节课，都像照镜子一样，看到真实的自己，有好也有不好。上完本节课，我对自己最满意的地方便是：不那么慌了，稳了许多，也淡定了许多！是的，我成长了！当然也让我看到了自己的不足之处，这也恰是我的成长点！第一，我觉得还是准备的不够充足。上课的环节还有待于精简，并突出重点。一会儿打开动画，一会打开ppt，一会又看着黑板，然后再......会不会让人眼花缭乱，这一点，我往后要慢慢斟酌。第二，组织活动方面，依旧是我的弱项。如何设计活动，包括活动中的各个细节；如何引导学生进入活动当中；又如何保

证全体同学都参与到活动当中。这些都是我日后努力的方向。第三，我说的还是有点多，如何让学生多说，如何设计.....这些需要慢慢思考和总结。每一次讲课都是一次进步，这次也不例外。通过这次讲课，我还意识到自己的一些漏洞是自查不了的，有些成长的点，需要通过他人的视角探寻到，今后我要积极并大胆地参与到各种助于自己成长和锻炼自己的活动当中，以取得更大的成长！
