教学目标：1、学习mouse，elephant两个单词，会写big，small. 2、会用Look at the…,It has......描述动物的特征。

3、通过各种游戏，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

教学过程：

Step1:Warming-up 1、First,Let’s sing a opposite song .big and small. 2、We have learned some words of body,Le’s play a touch game. nose nose

Step2:New teaching 1、T:It’s today,shall we go to the zoo?Look at the picture.(出示动物园图片,各种动物)What are they?Look at the blackboard,an animal is coming,it is very very fat,and it is very very strong.it is our good friend,I like it very much,who is it?do you know?（教师边简笔画大象边介绍）板书elephant.Do you like elephants?Look at the elephant,谁能用一个形容词描述一下大象？Yes,It’s so big.（手试做出大的样子。）What’s the meaning?who knows?(板书so big )领读It’s so big。

Look at the ears.谁能描述一下大象的耳朵？板书big ears What’s

the meaning?大象有大的耳朵怎么说？The elephant has big ears.大象有The elephant has ，The和has的读法讲解一下。板书has.兔子有呢？猴子有呢？小猪有呢？The duck,the monkey……我们可以用一个词it来代替。板书It.So we can say:Look at the elephant.It has big ears.ok?板书

Look at the eyes. 谁能描述一下？引导学生回答Look

at the elephant， I t has small eyes.板书small eyes. What’s the meaning?领读句子。

它有大的耳朵和小的眼睛合在一起怎么说？

2、 Who can spell big?b- i- g big, 四线三格教写big.

Who can spell small? 四线三格教写small 3、Practice （1）出示图片让学生描述:下面我们就用big和small来描述小动物。

（2）用自己的小动物描述：谁能描述一下你自己的小动物。

(3) 我们加深一下难度，介绍一下你的同桌或好朋友。要注意男他He,女她She Step3、Listening 1、

听录音：我们来听一段录音，听听她们在谈论什么？你听到了那些形容词？

4、分角色朗读。 5、复述课文。合上书，我们试着来描述一下课文。找2名同学。
