I.Warm-up

(设计意图:初步接触本节课的新单词catch,新目标语句What are the … doing?为之后的新授学习打下基础。)

(设计意图:除了对catch这个新单词音和形的讲解外,为了让学生理解catch的不同含义以及词性的变化,老师设计了看图说句子,比如现场让孩子跑和追赶,龟兔赛跑、接球比赛、猫抓老鼠等等,让学生对这个单词有全方位的理解和应用。)

(学习新的交际用语:Can I play with them? Of course, you can.)

(设计意图:老师在此环节设计了动物运动会的解说员活动,让学生小组合作完成,进行语言的综合运用训练,培养学生的合作学习能力,也让学生在小组同学的帮助下勇于大胆展示自己。)
